In recent reports, the independent analyst Herbert Nathan shares an overview of HCM systems and vendors in Sweden and Norway and analyses the impact from emerging technologies. One of the key learnings of the reports is that the HCM market is strongly international now, with not only local suppliers, but more and more international suppliers.
Talentsoft, that is analyzed for the first time by Herbert Nathan, is positioned as one of the leading and fastest growing European suppliers.
”Talentsoft is the European supplier that has grown the fastest in recent years and received many customers in a short time. Talentsoft has implemented and still makes major investments in order to be able to offer a complete solution including all processes from recruitment to closing. We can clearly say that Talentsoft has become a nail in the eye of the major global suppliers in Sweden”, says Jonas Andersson, CEO of HerbertNathan Sweden.
Talentsoft now counts nearly 60 customers in the Nordics, including Rusta, Ahlsell, Cramo, Kiwa Inspecta, Toyota Material Handling and Bunker Holding.
”Talentsoft has established itself in the Nordics for 4 years now. Being identify as the fastest growing European vendor in the Nordics confirms our ability to offer a well suited solution for local companies”, says Allan Nygaard, Nordic Regional Director of Talentsoft.
Talentsoft continuously invest in product development to better fit with companies’ needs and local regulations. Talentsoft Hub, one of its latest innovation, aims to answer an HR trend that is to consider the HR system as a master for all personal data.
”We clearly see an interest in our Talentsoft Hub product. Its flexibility allows organizations to set it up as a ‘slave’, ‘master’ or hybrid Core HR system for a progressive approach to migrating master data sets from payroll to talent management. This allow for quick time to value in using the new system”, says Allan Nygaard.
